We stand behind the quality of our Liquid Flask Water Bottles                              and strive to give you the highest quality of material. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a lifetime period. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, drops, odors, negligence, and misuse of consumers' behalf. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the defect and an explanation of how the issue occurred to confirm that it is indeed a manufacturing defect.

How to Claim Your Warranty
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team at support@liquidflask.com with your proof of purchase, including the receipt and any relevant photos and videos. We’ll guide you through the warranty claim process.Claims process will take 5-7 days and 5-10 days to get shipped.
