Warranty Policy for Liquid Flask Water Bottles

Warranty Information
We stand behind the quality of our Liquid Flask Water Bottles                              and strive to give you the highest quality of material. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a lifetime period. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, drops, odors, negligence, and misuse of consumers' behalf. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the defect and an explanation of how the issue occurred to confirm that it is indeed a manufacturing defect.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your liquid flask or water bottle, please review the following:

• Return Period: Items can be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase. All shipping costs will be paid by the consumer. All sales are final, no returns.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all tags still attached. If the product returned does not meet our eligible terms the refund will be denied. 

• Refunds/Exchanges: We offer refunds, exchanges and/or store credit depending on the reason.
